Internal Operations

The Office of Internal Operations provides fiscal services to the West Virginia Board of Education, the West Virginia Department of Education, and forty Institutional Education facilities across the state. Our customers also include vendors who conduct business with any of these entities.

This office also provides the following services:

• Cash management
• Grants management
• Sub-recipient disbursements
• Purchasing
• Payment of claims for programs administered by the Office of Child Nutrition
• Travel reimbursements with or without stipends paid to consultants
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Fixed asset management
