The Office of Legal Services provides legal services to the state superintendent of schools and State Board of Education.  The office is also responsible for human resources and accountability measures.  Duties include:

  • Superintendent’s interpretations
  • Conducting administrative hearings
  • Level III citizens’ appeals
  • Investigation of allegations of misconduct
  • Licensure denials/revocations.
