Replace a Golden Horseshoe Pin

Winners who have lost their pins may request a new one.

New Pin Request

Visit the winners database to ensure that your name is listed prior to requesting a replacement pin. If your name is not listed, please contact Dustin Lambert, Golden Horseshoe Coordinator.

Cost for New Pin

Each replacement pin requires a $25 check to be mailed to the West Virginia Department of Education. Please make your check payable to "the West Virginia Department of Education" and write "GH Replacement Pin" in the memo line. Checks should be mailed to:
