2019-2020 West Virginia IDEA Part-B Funding Application Available

The West Virginia Department of Education has published the annual funding application for the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Part-B here for public review and comment. The application, which will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Education, addresses requirements of the act and the state’s use of the federal funding. Public comments on the application will be accepted through May 11, 2019.
