West Virginia IDEA, Part B Funding Application, 2020-2021

CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The West Virginia Department of Education has published the annual funding application for the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Part B on its Web site at https://wvde.us/special-education/finance/annual-state-idea-funding-application/ for public review and comment. The application, which will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Education, addresses requirements of the act and the state’s use of the federal funding. Public comments on the application will be accepted through April 30, 2020.
