Every large website launch will generate a lot of questions from users. To assist our community, we've addressed some of the most frequently asked questions here and will continue to update this page as new questions are asked.

How do I find a page in the new site?

The previous version of wvde.us was architected around the organization's structure which made it difficult for external audiences to navigate the site. A series of research activities conducted with a variety of audiences informed our approach to a more intuitive organization around common topics.

While a great Search experience can help users find content, sometimes you just want the new URL.

We built the URL Lookup Spreadsheet so you can see where old URLs were moved.

Will the old URLs still work?

Yes! We audited all existing content to ensure that each page is redirected automatically to its new page when the official "hard" launch occurs.

You can check our URL Lookup Spreadsheet to see if your old URLs will be correctly redirected when we launch.

How do I make updates to the new site's content?

If you have not been trained to publish using the new CMS (Content Management System), you will continue to use the HRMS Web Request System.

If you've been trained to use the new CMS, you may log in to the CMS and participate in the publishing process.
