Use Form 8C if you want to add an endorsement to a valid West Virginia Professional Teaching Certificate by submitting passing scores on the West Virginia Board of Education-required content area test(s).

Use Form 2LE to add new endorsements with authorization from the employing county to a valid Long-Term Substitute Permit.

Add an endorsement to your Teaching, Student Support, or Administrative Certificate that is reflected on your renewable out of state Certificate.

Add a Superintendent endorsement to your West Virginia Teaching Administrative Certificate.

Request a copy of your West Virginia Teaching Certificate or change the name and/or address for that certificate.

Receive a salary increase for additional coursework you have taken in addition to your degree.

You are eligible for this license if you teach Adult (basic) Education coursework.

This permit is for those who teach career technical education content to adults.

This permit is for those who teach emergency management services or fire service content to adults.
